Guided tour and meet-and-greet with the artists of the exhibition Contrepoint

Before the final days of the exhibition Contrepoint, the curator Monia Abdallah invites you to a guided tour revisiting the curatorial development of the project.

Throughout the visit, she will share the reflections that guided the selection of the works and artists, Mohamed Ben Soltane, Asmae Laraqui, Jianbing Nie, and Leila Zelli  as well as the dialogues that have emerged between their practices.

How do these works enter into conversation within a shared space?

The artists will also be present to share the stories, both small and significant, behind their practices and works.

This will also be an opportunity to explore the diverse artistic and craft traditions linking South to North and North to South, highlighting the role of ancient art in the creative processes of the contemporary artists featured.
