Solastalgia is an exhibition bringing together five artists from the ceramic collective Everything Already Present. The works highlight the use of local clay, wood ashes, and ancient firing techniques, while questioning the ecological impact of the materials used.
The title references the concept coined by philosopher Glenn Albrecht, which describes the discomfort felt when familiar environments undergo ecological transformations. The exhibition approaches solastalgia not only as a state of disturbance, but also as an opportunity to renew attention, continuity, and care for the people and places with which we coexist.
